I was trying to return an item that didn't work in my car and since it was 16 days not 14 I could not receive any refund. I would have taken a partial refund, but all I could do was exchange it for a $40+ cord. Called twice to speak to a manager. Drove there and he was on lunch. This place is garbage and will keep me a Verizon customer. I just wanted a charging cord.
